Returns

If your item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Custom cups must be in their original, unused condition, while jewelry  should be unworn and in its original packaging. Please contact us at  to initiate the process.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange your item if it’s not the perfect fit or style. For custom cups, exchanges are subject to design feasibility. For jewelry, we’ll gladly help you find a piece that better suits your elegance. Simply reach out to us within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and custom items may only be eligible for store credit unless there’s a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
